1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company Tramciur, SL, owner of the MURWAL brand (hereinafter, “Murwal”), with registered office at Calle Julián Romea, 26. 30166. Murcia. and CIF B42890046, organizes the “Music Day” raffle for promotional purposes for its products.
2. TEMPORAL AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE
The draw will be valid for orders placed from 15:00 on November 16, 2025 until 23:59 on November 30, 2025 (Spanish peninsular time), exclusively for shipments within the national territory (Spain).
3. DRAW MECHANICS
All individuals who place an order at www.murwal.com within the specified period are automatically entered into the draw. Each order equates to one entry.
4. AWARDS
The following prizes will be raffled:
- 1 trip to Chefchaouen for two people
- 100 Mint 2 Matt Blue Headphones
- 50 Speaker Plus speakers
- Guaranteed prizes for all participants
In total, there will be 151 winners. The contents of the guaranteed prize will be detailed in the email communications following the draw.
5. DRAW AND SELECTION OF WINNERS
The draw will be conducted randomly among all valid orders. The winners of the trip to Japan and the two iPhones will be announced on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, via Instagram Stories on @murwal.es (and the winners of the speakers, headphones, and guaranteed prizes will be announced by email), and will be contacted by email, providing their name, order number, and time of purchase.
6. AWARDS CEREMONY
Murwal will contact the winners to arrange delivery or shipment of the prizes within a maximum of 10 business days. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the announcement, an alternate will be chosen.
7. DATA PROTECTION
Participants' data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The purpose is to manage the prize draw and contact the winners. Data will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances without explicit consent.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in the draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Murwal reserves the right to modify or cancel the draw for justified reasons.
9. RESPONSIBILITY
Murwal is not responsible for technical problems, errors in the data provided by the participants or force majeure events that prevent the normal development of the draw.
